We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to shipping issues and other issues out of our control. If you believe your package to be lost in transit, after a significant delay, please email us, and we will seek to resolve any issue with our shipping partners.
Should any shipping issues occur as a result of a customer providing the incorrect information, World Gallery Prints will not be responsible for such issues.
